This article walks you through the process of generating QR codes and assigning them to an organization within the platform. You’ll learn how to create unique, scannable codes, link them to the correct org account, and ensure they are properly activated for use. Whether you’re setting up a new client or updating an existing one, this guide provides a clear, step-by-step explanation to help you manage QR code assignments efficiently and accurately.
The number of QR codes assigned to a facility depends on the facility type:
Manned: 59 QR Codes
Unmanned: 20 QR Codes
Hybrid: 59 QR Codes
Log in to the PHYREM Admin Account.
Navigate to Inventory > Generate Inventory.
Set the following:
Inventory: QR Code
Inventory Quantity: Enter the required quantity based on facility type
Click Generate.
You will be redirected to a page listing all generated QR Codes.
Take note of the first and last QR Code IDs.
Navigate to Inventory > Add Inventory.
Select:
Inventory: QR Code
Enter the QR code range:
Select From Range: Enter the first QR Code ID
Select To Range: Enter the last QR Code ID
Click Add.
Navigate to Triggers > QR-Code > Assign QR-Code.
Select the following:
Organization
Facility
Enter:
QR-Code Location Reference: Facility Name
Select From Range: First QR Code ID
Select To Range: Last QR Code ID
Click Assign.
Following this process ensures that each facility receives the correct number of QR Codes, properly generated, stored, and assigned. This helps maintain accurate tracking and supports seamless facility operations.
